Fees

Initial Evaluation  $265

Individual Psychotherapy  $205

Insurance

I do not accept health insurance at this time, but if your plan includes mental health benefits from out-of-network providers, I will submit claims on your behalf for reimbursement.

Method of payment

I accept major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation policy

I understand that schedules change and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please notify me via phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment for any changes. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be billed at the full fee.
